I do not offer returns but, depending on the piece, I can sometimes do an item exchange for you. Please just get in touch, to see if that is available.

I am always happy to repair one of my pieces, if it is ever needed. I only ask you to pay shipping. I will also replace chains; with this guideline: 1. If I determine that it is a manufacturing error the replacement is free . 2. If I determine that it is customer error, the first time is also free. But, any replacement after that, I will ask that you pay for the replacement chain and shipping.

Each piece is different. I do my best to make pieces as close as possible to the one represented in the photo, but please keep in mind that as they are handmade, each is unique and not a carbon copy. That is the beauty of handcrafted jewelry. Also, sometimes chains will be slightly different from the one in the photo, due to an unavailability. I put careful consideration into every chain for each piece, so rest assured it will still be a beautiful chain. All metals and stones used are, whenever possible, ethically sourced. All stones & leather used are natural and variations are normal. If there is another metal you were hoping to use, get in touch and I will see if I can accommodate you.

As all pieces are custom made by me, the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks. Often, pieces ship sooner. If you have a special need, we can discuss and try to accommodate you.

Brass has been used to make jewelry for centuries for its beauty, strength and longevity. If you have never worn brass before, you may not be familiar with its care. In hot/humid weather, brass will darken a little quicker than in colder months and may sometimes leave a discoloration behind where it touched your skin. This is normal, is not harmful or permanent, and will come off when you wash your hands. I personally wear my pieces always, even when I wash my hands or bathe, and some pieces leave a mark and some do not. As for the darkening of brass, a quick polish with my favorite jewelry polishing cloth for 10 to 20 seconds is all it takes to bring it back to its original luster. It is called a "Sunshine Cloth" and can be purchased many places online and is reusable. In addition, all my chains are gold filled so you do not have to polish them. My pieces are made to bring you joy and last forever. Brass is an important component in that.
